A: Registration fees cover the following:
Registration package / gift bag
Friday's meet & greet event, including food/appetizers
Saturday's banquet, including dinner and entertainment
Hospitality Suite access Friday night and all day Saturday; a place to mingle, and enjoy snacks & beverages
Additionally, a complimentary bus tour on Saturday is available for up to 50 passengers.
A: Yes. If the contact person will attend the reunion, be sure to enter their details under "Attendee 1", then enter additional people to your group's registration by clicking the "Add Attendee" button.
A: There are a few scenarios where this is helpful:
the contact person can't attend, but they are registering/paying for another adult family member to attend
the contact person can't attend, but they are registering/paying for a child or teen to attend
the contact person already registered/paid as an attendee, and now they just wish to register/pay for 1 or more additional attendees (for example, adding a person who's ability to attend was previously unknown)
A: Yes. There is no need to re-enter the names you have already registered/paid for; only enter the additional individuals. For example, if you already paid for two adults, and now you'd like to add a person, simply enter your name as the "Primary Contact", then enter that person's name as "Attendee 1".
A: Yes. Children ages 5 through 12 are $65 less than adults and teens. Children ages 4 and under are free, but will not receive meal service or registration packages.
A: No, you can choose the option to pay with a debit or credit card by clicking the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button at the bottom of the screen (see example).
A: Your main browser has probably retained an autologin setting from an earlier time when you used PayPal (even it that was a long time ago). If you have multiple web browsers on your computer (for example, Microsoft Edge plus Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox), try registering using a different browser, since it is probably not set up with the same auto-login.
A: Yes. Once you submit payment, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the registration's Contact Person within a few minutes. The sender will be "Nicholson-Young Family" with an email address of "notificiations@cognitoforms.com". If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check in your junk email box, since your email provider might not recognize the sender.
A: What to do next depends on how far along you were in the registration process:
If you made it to the payment screen but have not completed payment, simply click the "cancel and return to merchant/Nicholson-Young Family" link, then make whatever corrections are necessary before returning to the payment screen.
If you already paid, and the amount was correct but you need to change a non-financial detail like the spelling of a name, or a meal preference, please text or leave a voicemail with Ed Sanders (916-538-4283), who can provide technical assistance with updating your registration record.
If you already paid and the amount was incorrect (for example, mistakenly paid the adult rate for a child; forgot to include a t-shirt; etc.), we can refund your payment so that you can submit a new registration. In such a case, please leave a text or voicemail for Ed Sanders to provide technical assistance (916-538-4283).
A: Choose "yes" at the prompt for whether you paid the $50 early-bird deposit.
In January, to get a better idea of attendance, those willing to pay a deposit of $50 per attendee were offered the incentive of a small discount on their registration fee; the discount was later determined to be $20 off for each deposit made. To apply that deposit and discount to your registration, choose "Yes" for the paid individuals in the "Attendees" section.
For those who did not pay the deposit, be sure to leave the answer to this question as "no" to avoid having your registration invalidated.
A: No, the deadline was March 7th. Now that a budget has been established and a contract has been signed, early-bird registration rates have been replaced with regular rates.
A: Yes. A seperate order form will be available soon for those who wish to order additional shirts.
A: The t-shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton, so they are sized to fit.
